In 2024, our team was selected to manage and execute a comprehensive office remodel for Datum RMS. The project involved a complete interior transformation of a 7,257-square-foot space located in Davie, FL. In collaboration with Jewel Toned Interiors and under architectural guidance from Building Ingenuity, we successfully delivered a modern, functional, and aesthetically aligned workspace that supports the client’s vision and operational needs.

Occupied Building Constraints:
Careful planning and communication were essential to minimize disruptions to neighboring tenants throughout construction.
Complex Mechanical Coordination:
Precise coordination was required for HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler/life safety adjustments within the existing building systems.
Demolition & Site Prep:
Mobilized crews and equipment to begin demolition, including the removal of drywall partitions, existing ceiling systems, flooring, interior lighting, interior electric, and existing HVAC duct work.
Interior Buildout:
Installed new drywall partitions for offices, fire rated demising wall between office and new warehouse, doors, ACT ceiling systems, LVT and carpet tile flooring, and wall base. Notable design features included an aluminum-framed glass wall between the breakroom and conference room, glass doors, and aluminum diamond plate in the entrance foyer.
MEP Upgrades:
Installed new sanitary sewer lines, water lines, mop sink, and high/low water fountain with corresponding concrete patch-back and termite treatment. Electrical work included new outlets, lighting, and conduit runs for future signage and data cabling. HVAC ducts were modified to connect with existing systems and through the new demising fire wall to include installation of fire dampers.
Kitchen & Utility Areas:
The breakroom was built out with new a new sink and faucet, kitchenette cabinets, Quartz countertop with Quartz decorative backsplash, a large kitchen island and new appliances.
Finishing Touches:
Included painting all walls, specialty painting of aluminum diamond plate, window mullion repairs, finish trim work throughout the space, and a full final clean to turn over the space in pristine condition.
